Terms & Conditions

  • Booking Confirmation: All appointments must be booked in advance. You will receive a confirmation email or message upon successful booking.

    Arrival Time: Please ensure you are on time for your session to allow for a smooth setup by our therapist.

  • Late Arrival: If you arrive late for your appointment, the session will still end at the scheduled time to accommodate subsequent clients.

    Severe Tardiness: If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, the therapist reserves the right to cancel the appointment.

    • Penalty: A fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged for severe tardiness.

  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your appointment without any penalty.

    Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $50 fee.

    Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the day of the appointment will incur a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service price.

    ✩ No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for your appointment without any prior notice will result in a full charge for the scheduled service.

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

    Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except in cases where the therapist cancels the appointment.

  • Health and Safety: Clients must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to the session.

    Environment: For Out Call sessions: Please ensure a clean, quiet, and safe environment for the therapist to set up and conduct the massage session. For office visits: Please remain mindful of other clients who may be in session.

  • Service Refusal: The therapist reserves the right to refuse service if the client exhibits inappropriate behavior or if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

  • At The 360 Massage Experience, we strive to provide a seamless and luxurious outcall massage service. To ensure the highest quality of service and mutual respect, please review the following terms and conditions.

    ✩ Be prepared for your therapist by having a suitable space ready for the massage table setup.

    ✩ In the event of late arrivals, a late fee of $25 will be applied if you are more than 15 minutes late, and severe tardiness of over 30 minutes may result in a 50% penalty or cancellation.

    ✩ Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the appointment without charge; however, rescheduling within 24 hours will incur a $50 fee.

    ✩ Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full service price.

    ✩ We require full payment at the time of booking, and payments are non-refundable except if the therapist cancels the appointment.
